Tone of Voice… or Your Voice

Always when meeting Healthcare Entrepreneurs, I admire their vision and mission to build and aim for bringing the new technology or service or product to market that can help other people achieving a better quality of life, because this is what the companies in the end always aim for.

During the branding & marketing process they are focusing on the product feature and the solution but there is a missing chapter here and this is what I wish to address today and that is their voice.

Customers and stakeholders do not buy in on to the product in the beginning. There is a path that needs to be carried out that is much more vital and that they will search for - and that is the voice behind the company; the Founders. Who are they? What is their story? What do they believe in and what do they stand for – and how do they bring their voice and values alive in the company and in the processes?

Honestly…What are we without a voice? Then we are silent viewers of a life passing through and letting others leading it.

So what will happen if you raise your own voice, speak your truth, listen and act from the heart? Well…. you will live an authentic life and your mission and what you wish to create will be so clear so accurate that you will wake up every day with a big happy smile glued on your face.

Does it take courage? Damn right, it does. Will it be hard? Yep! But who cares because in the end, you will have such an inner peace and such a strength that you will achieve more and more – and your wildest dream will come alive.

You may ask why this approach and why now? Because we are living in a world, where people are thirsty for authenticity – we want to see real, we want to see raw. We can now see through all the illusion and therefore the only thing we can turn to is what our intuition is telling us. Our inner voice has never been as loud as it is now and thereby also our need to express it and wanting to associate with others expressing their truth.

I met a Startup-company the other day, they were not a Healthcare Entrepreneur, but they shared an important story. They had stopped collaboration with their external Sales Partners and started from new as they had found out that their current partners didn’t share the values the company had.

It was a tough decision, it meant not earning a dime in a couple of months. But it had now paid off, because now new, stronger and much more valuable partners with the exact same values as they had, were approaching them and were ready to build the business together with them.

I encourage you to use your own voice.
